What People Are Saying
“Broadwood acted quickly and professionally so we could refinance the existing lender who had appointed a Receiver. The team applied a genuinely commercial and pragmatic approach under a very tight timescale and the finance was provided shortly before the property was due to be in auction. Without Broadwood, we would have lost this valuable asset which has now returned to optimal performance.”
DP Sahni for Finsbury Lodging Limited
“We were let down the day before completing the acquisition. Broadwood stepped in and delivered the financing we needed. The team worked tirelessly to deliver under extreme pressure and tight timelines. Their expertise and experience was invaluable and their calm approach assisted with the management of all stakeholders so that the transaction completed. Can not thank you enough.”
